They are stored privately and deleted a set number of days after the approve or reject decision — 30 by default, or straight away if you set it to 0. Staff can also delete them sooner.

SellOrchard warns you when you switch them on, because providers such as Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm often forbid age-restricted goods. Check your provider’s terms; the decision is yours.
