Billing questions

How does billing work?: Each store has its own subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.
What happens when my trial ends?: Choose a plan to keep your store open. If you don't, the storefront closes and we keep everything you built for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your store's billing page. Changes are prorated automatically.
Are there transaction fees?: SellOrchard doesn't add fees on your sales. Your payment gateway charges its own processing fees.
Who handles payment for my subscription?: Subscriptions are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, invoices and sales tax for SellOrchard orders.
