How is commission calculated?+
You earn your tier’s rate (20%, 25% or 30%) of the net subscription revenue — plans and add-ons, excluding tax and refunds — of every store you created or referred, for 24 months from that store’s first paid invoice.
When and how do I get paid?+
Commission is held for 30 days after each invoice to cover refunds, then becomes available. Once your available balance is $50 or more you can request a payout in USD by bank transfer, Payoneer, PayPal or Wise.
How do referrals work?+
Share your referral link. When someone signs up within 60 days of clicking it, their first stores are attributed to you. Attribution is locked once a store starts a paid plan.
Who pays for the client’s store?+
Your client does, directly to SellOrchard, on the plan that fits them. You never have to handle their billing. Stores you create start on a free trial.
Can I work on stores that already exist?+
Yes. Request collaborator access with the store’s address. The owner approves it in their staff settings and chooses which areas you can manage. Collaborators don’t use the store’s staff seats.
How do I become Certified or White-label?+
Every partner starts as Registered. Our partner team upgrades partners with a record of successful client stores to Certified, and arranges White-label for agencies that want the admin under their own brand.
Can I be an app developer and a partner?+
Yes. Building apps for the App Store is a separate program — one account can be both.
