Wholesale & B2B
Trade prices without a second store
Retail shoppers and trade buyers browse the same catalog. Once a wholesale customer signs in, they see their own prices, their quantity breaks and their payment terms — and nobody else does.
- Group price lists
- Quantity breaks
- Pay by invoice
Availability: Included on every plan
Price lists
Every buyer sees the price that's theirs
Create customer groups — Retail partners, Cafés, Distributors — and give each a pricing rule. A group can take a percentage off everything, or have fixed prices for specific variants. Quantity breaks then drop the unit price further as the order grows.
- Fixed group prices win; otherwise the group's percentage applies
- Quantity breaks for everyone or for one group, from 2 units up
- The lowest qualifying price is always the one charged
- Members see a "Trade price" label with the retail price for comparison
Onboarding trade customers
From application to first invoice order
Step 1: A business applies
Your /wholesale page has an application form for company name, tax ID, website, phone and a message. New visitors create their account in the same step.
Step 2: You're notified
The store team gets an email; applications wait in a pending list with a badge in the navigation.
Step 3: Approve with a group
Approve or reject with an optional note. Approved customers join your default wholesale group, or one you pick, and are emailed the decision.
Step 4: They order on terms
Groups with net terms see "Pay by invoice — due in N days" at checkout. You mark the invoice paid when the money arrives.
Group rules
Everything a trade account needs, set once per group
Minimum order
Checkout explains how much more is needed and blocks orders below your minimum.
Tax exempt
No tax — excise included — on orders from exempt groups, with a note in the summary.
Free shipping
Zero shipping on every option for members of the group.
Net terms
Pay by invoice in 7, 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. The order records the due date and order emails mention it.
Group-only discounts
Limit any discount code or automatic discount to selected groups.
Hidden prices for guests
Show "Sign in to see prices" to visitors and keep add-to-cart for signed-in buyers — while search engines and product feeds still get your prices.

Do I need a separate wholesale store?
No. Wholesale runs in your existing store. Trade buyers sign in and see their group's prices, terms and quantity breaks; everyone else sees retail.
How are wholesale prices calculated?
A fixed group price for the variant is used first; otherwise the group's percentage off retail. If a quantity break gives a lower price for the quantity in the cart, that lower price is used.
Can wholesale customers pay later?
Yes. Give a group net terms of 7, 15, 30, 45 or 60 days and its members can choose "Pay by invoice" at checkout. The order is placed unpaid with a due date, and you mark it paid when payment arrives.
Can I hide prices from people who aren't signed in?
Yes. With "hide prices for guests" on, visitors see "Sign in to see prices" and can't add to cart. Prices stay in product data for search engines and feeds.
Can I set a minimum order for trade buyers?
Yes, per group. Checkout shows how much more is needed and won't place an order below the minimum.
Can I approve applications automatically?
Yes. Turn on automatic approval and new applicants join your default group straight away. Otherwise they wait for you to approve or reject.
