- Per product: Inventory section — Track stock per variant, quantity, low-stock alert level ("Warn when stock falls to this"), stock status when not tracked, When it sells out (Use the store default / Keep showing it, marked "Sold out" / Hide it from the store).
- Products → Inventory (
/products/inventory): one table of every variant; filter Low stock / Sold out / Waiting for restock / Not tracked; edit quantities in place and Save N changes. "Waiting" shows shoppers who asked for a back-in-stock email — they're emailed automatically when the variant gets stock again. - Pre-orders (per variant): Allow pre-orders when out of stock, Note (e.g. "Ships early March"), Expected date, Limit; shows the sold count with a reset. Pre-order mixed carts are set in Settings → Checkout (allow or warn).
