Add a product

1. Products → Add product (or ✨ Create from photo).
2. Fill the editor sections (left menu): Basic information, Brand & categories, Description, Images, Pricing & variants, Inventory, Personalisation, Specifications, Shipping & returns, Related & cross-sells, SEO & AI search; plus Files & license keys (digital), Pricing & amounts (gift cards) and Subscriptions (plans with subscriptions).
3. In Basic information set the Product name, URL handle, Product type (Physical product / Digital — downloadable files / Gift card), Status (Active — visible in the store; Draft — hidden; Archived — hidden, kept for records), Featured product, and Variants (Simple — one price and stock / Has variants).
4. Save. The editor top bar also has Duplicate and Delete.

The trial allows 25 products; when the limit is reached the list shows "Product limit reached — upgrade to add more".

Images

In Images: upload or choose from the media library, drag/reorder, Make main image, set Alt text (or Suggest alt text with AI), optional Listing thumbnail (shown on category pages and search results instead of the main image).

Descriptions, specifications, FAQs

• Description: Short description and Full description (rich text with the ✨ AI menu and ✨ Write with AI).
• Specifications: name/value rows (also usable as storefront filters).
• SEO & AI search: search title/description with a search result preview, frequently asked questions, product identifiers (barcode, MPN — used by Google Shopping and AI shopping assistants), hidden search keywords for your store's own search.
