Pro and Advanced plans (and the free trial, in test mode: purchase orders are recorded but never sent to Printful / Printify or to suppliers automatically). Suppliers and print on demand need the Products staff area; purchase orders need Orders.

  1. Products → Suppliers: add a supplier with how it gets purchase orders — Email (HTML, or with a CSV attachment), Webhook (JSON signed with the webhook secret in the X-SellOrchard-Signature header) or Manual (you contact them yourself) — and when: when the order is paid (or accepted for cash on delivery / invoice), as soon as it's placed, or manually (waits for Send). Choose whether purchase orders show your cost prices, add a packing-slip note and optionally a stock feed URL (CSV with sku, quantity, synced hourly). Send test sends a sample purchase order.
  2. In the product editor's Supplier panel pick the default supplier and, per variant, the supplier's SKU and your cost price (the margin is shown). Dropship variants usually don't track stock.
  3. When an order comes in, each supplier gets one purchase order (PO-1001…) with the items, the customer's shipping address and a link to a page (no login) where they accept it and enter tracking. Webhook suppliers can post tracking back instead. Tracking marks those items shipped; the shopper gets the usual shipped email / SMS. The order becomes Shipped once every item has shipped (your own items still go through ShipStation, which only gets your items).
  4. Products → Print on demand: connect Printful (Printful → Developers → create a private token with the stores, products, orders and webhooks scopes) or Printify (My Profile → Connections → generate a personal access token; then pick the API shop). Browse your provider products with mockups and costs, set a markup (percent or fixed, rounded to .99) and Import selected — products are created with options, variants, images and cost prices. Re-sync refreshes images, costs and variants. With auto-confirm on, paid orders go straight to production; otherwise they wait as drafts until you Confirm.
  5. Orders → Purchase orders (/orders/purchase-orders): filter by status, supplier or provider; send / resend, cancel, add tracking yourself or confirm print-on-demand drafts. The order page shows a Fulfilled by section per supplier / provider. Cancelling or refunding an order cancels purchase orders that haven't shipped (suppliers are told; Printful / Printify only allow it before production). Failed purchase orders are emailed to the store.
  6. Reports show cost, profit and margin when products have cost prices, and the Suppliers report shows spend per supplier.
