Open a review to reply (shown publicly as a response from your store), ✨ Suggest reply, edit, publish/hide, delete. Add review to enter one from another channel. - Settings → Reviews: Show reviews in your store, who can write a review (anyone or verified buyers), publishing (manual / auto-publish verified buyers / everyone), Let shoppers add photos (up to 4), Review-request email sent 1–60 days after delivery.
