AI tools and credits

All AI tools only make suggestions — nothing is saved until you accept it. Each use costs AI credits, deducted only when it succeeds; buttons show the cost on hover ("Uses 1 AI credit").

• Credits: a monthly allowance per plan (trial 0; by default Basic 200, Pro 1,000, Advanced 5,000 — plans can change). When credits run out you're asked to upgrade. If AI shows "AI isn't switched on yet", it isn't available on this platform right now.
• Settings → AI & brand voice (/settings/ai, needs Settings access): describe your brand voice (who you are, how you talk), pick a tone (friendly, professional, playful, luxury, minimal), language, audience, and words/claims to avoid. Every AI tool uses this. Also shows the credits meter. AI never invents facts (prices, materials, certifications, health claims) that aren't in what you give it; on age-restricted stores it also avoids health claims and appeal to minors.
• ✨ Write with AI (product editor, next to descriptions; 1 credit): uses the product's name, notes, features and specs; choose length and which fields to write (short description, description, bullet points, FAQs). Accept each suggestion or Accept all.
• ✨ Create from photo (Products list and new product page; 2 credits): pick or upload an image → AI suggests name, descriptions, search keywords, alt text, visible specs, category and brand → creates a draft product with the image attached (or fills the open editor).
• ✨ AI menu on rich text editors and description/blog/email text boxes (1 credit): Improve, Shorten, Expand, Friendlier, More formal, Fix spelling & grammar, Custom instruction… Works on the selection or whole text; shows before/after with Replace, Insert below or Cancel.
• ✨ Generate section in the page builder (Add section area / widget panel; 2 credits): choose a kind (hero, features, FAQ, about, testimonials, call to action, custom) and describe it → inserts a section you can undo. Images are left empty for you to pick.
• ✨ Suggest reply in the review drawer (1 credit): fills the reply box; edit before saving. It never promises refunds or compensation.
• ✨ Suggest with AI next to SEO title/description and image alt text in product, category, brand, page and blog editors; bulk version at SEO → AI writer (/seo/ai). 1 credit per item.
• Help (question-mark button in the top bar): this chat. 1 credit per question.
